Servers utilized and data stores are located inside the European Union (when accessed from inside the EU).

Data Collected
The persistent user data we save in our database is as follows:
Generals Online Session ID: A unique session identifier which enables users to communicate with our service
IP address: IP addresses used to register and/or login to GeneralsOnline, used for network connectivity & ban enforcement only. User ID: A unique number identifying the user on GeneralsOnline
Account Type: A value specifying if the user used Steam, Discord or GameReplays
Steam ID: The users numeric Steam ID, if they logged in with Steam
Discord ID: The users numeric Discord ID, if they logged in with Discord
GameReplays ID: The users numeric GameReplays ID, if they logged in with GameReplays
Display Name: This defaults to the users Steam/Discord display name at login
User stats: The stats generated by Generals - wins, losses, favorite army, etc
Crash dump files: Provies information about why the game crashed
Connection Outcomes: Data on whether a connection to players in a lobby succeeded or failed. We use this data to tweak & improve connectivity in future patches.
Everything else that is stored, is non persistent data, such as the list of lobbies/matches.
